- The Plant Doctor Warranty: We take full accountability for our work. Any plant that declines or dies due to our direct care will be replaced at no additional cost to you. Please note that pre-existing, deep-seated botanical decline will be diagnosed during our initial onboarding, and a recovery plan will be quoted separately.
- Initial Triage & Stabilization: For offices starting with a collection of struggling or dying plants, we perform an intensive, one-time Rescue & Stabilization process. This deep-diagnostic service covers immediate soil adjustments, pest eradication, and light audits to transition your plants safely into our routine care schedule, quoted based on office size.
